Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Under $75, shipping starts at $6.99 and is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Every shirt is made to order. Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days from the day you order, production and shipping included. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.

I ordered more than one item. Will it all arrive together?

Not always. Items can be printed by different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. Each one gets its own tracking number and its own email.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. See our Shipping Policy for estimated transit times by country.

Sizing & fit

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts are a classic unisex fit and run roomy. If you like a more fitted look, order one size down. Check the Size Chart before you order.

What if I order the wrong size?

Keep the shirt, give it to a fellow rider, and we'll send you a 55% discount code to reorder the right size. No return shipping and no hassle. Just email us your order number.

Quality

What are your shirts made of, and where are they made?

Our tees are soft, sturdy heavy cotton and our hoodies are warm midweight fleece. Everything is printed and shipped in the USA, made to order for you.

What if there's a problem with the print?

Every shirt is covered by our 365-Day Quality Guarantee. If your order arrives with a print defect or a manufacturing flaw, email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement and you don't have to send anything back.

What is the Guardian Bell?

Every 3WD shirt carries the official Guardian Bell on the left chest or sleeve, for good luck and protection on the road.

Orders, discounts & payment

How do your discounts work?

Buy 3 or more and 10% comes off automatically. Add the code RIDEON for another 10%, and they stack for 20% off. The Ride Ready Combo bundle is not included.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every item is made to order and goes into production quickly, we can't promise changes or cancellations. If you need one, email us right away with your order number and we'll do what we can.

How can I pay?

Major credit cards, plus Shop Pay, PayPal and other digital wallets at checkout. Checkout is secure and encrypted.

Can I send a shirt as a gift?

Yes. Just enter your gift recipient's address at checkout. Our Grandpas and Grandmas collections are good places to start.
